An Inclusive Environment, Your Way

Inclusivity, to us, means recognising that everyone experiences spaces differently.

Rather than expecting people to adapt to a fixed environment, we’ve created a practice that can flex around individual preferences and needs — whether that’s sensory comfort, physical comfort, emotional ease, or simply wanting a space that feels less formal and more genuine.

Some people like structure. Others think better when they can curl up, move around, or settle into a softer space. There’s no “right way” to be here.

Everyone experiences environments differently, and we value learning what helps you feel most comfortable, supported, and at ease while you’re here.

Because feeling comfortable matters.

And sometimes, the right environment is where meaningful work begins...

Comfort That Extends Beyond the Therapy Room

We know therapy often involves families, carers, and busy lives.

That’s why we’ve also created spaces where parents or support people can comfortably wait, rest, or work while sessions are taking place. Whether you need a quiet moment, somewhere to answer emails, or simply a place to breathe, we want the environment to support you too.

Professional Doesn’t Have to Mean Cold

You may notice playful touches throughout our rooms — including animal decals, textured furnishings, and elements of novelty and warmth.

While some spaces may appear more playful at first glance, they were intentionally designed for both children and adults. We believe comfort, curiosity, and a sense of fun shouldn’t disappear with age.

For many people, these details help the environment feel softer, safer, and more approachable. Sometimes they simply serve as a reminder that healing and growth can coexist with playfulness and personality.

Our Space.

Our practice has been thoughtfully designed to support comfort, flexibility, and ease for people of all ages, personalities, and needs. Whether you prefer quiet and calm, movement and texture, or simply a place that feels less clinical and more welcoming, our spaces can adapt to you. From adjustable lighting and sound-conscious design to a variety of seating options — including recliners, swivel chairs, convertible couches, bean bags, and traditional seating — we want you to have choice in how you feel most comfortable.
