COUNSELLING AND THERAPY
Children, Adolescents, and Adults
We work with individuals across the lifespan, young children, adolescents, adults, and families, using a range of evidence-based therapies.

Young Children (From 2 years -) to Teens
We tailor sessions to suit each child's interests, strengths, and goals.
Our psychologists modify evidence-based therapies in developmentally appropriate ways - often incorporating interest-based play, art, and creative activities to help young children and adolescents express themselves and learn new skills.
We aim to create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children and adolescents feel comfortable to share their thoughts and feelings. Building trust and connections is at the heart of our work, allowing us to support each young person towards their goals.
