Jun Lim
Director, Board-Approved Supervisor, Educational and Developmental Psychologist,
MPsych (Ed), MAPS, MAAPi
Jun is a registered psychologist and has over 10 years of practice experience. She graduated with a Masters of Educational Psychology from the University of Melbourne. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), Austalian Association of Psychologists (AAPi), and Australian Chinese Psychologists Association (ACHPA). She is currently undergoing an endorsement in Educational and Development Psychology.

Jun is passionate about collaborating with parents and support systems surrounding the child in order to maximise the child's potential and achieve the best outcomes. She has a wealth of experience working with families and draws upon knowledge of attachment theory and brain development. She believes in working with the family and wider systems to best support the child. Jun has a strong interest in supporting children and adolescents with neuro-differences (e.g., Autism, Intellectual Developmental Disorder, ADHD, Dyslexia), anxiety, stress, emotion regulation difficulties, parenting support, and capacity building.
Jun welcomes feedback from the neurodivergent community and is continually updating her skills to support neurodivergent children and adolescents in a neuroaffirming way. She modifies skills from various therapy models and programs such as Konnect Social Skills series, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills (PEERS®) and Circle of Security® to the needs of her neurodivergent clients.

Jun is multilingual and speaks fluent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Francesca Lo
Speech Pathologist (MSpeechPath)
Francesca is an independent practitioner consulting at Budding Beans Psychology and operates her own practice.
​Francesca graduated from her Master of Speech Pathology at La Trobe University in Australia and graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science of Disability at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University (RMIT). She has worked at various private and public settings, including hospitals, community health services, special schools, and mainstream schools with more than 8 years of experience.
Francesca provides assessment and therapy to children with a range of communication delays. She works in a multidisciplinary team and is keen to contribute to a dynamic team of Allied Health professionals to provide best practice evidence-based support for your child. She focuses on working with the care team to establish person-centered therapy goals and improve the quality of life for the child and their family.
Francesca is certified and trained in a variety of therapies, including The Lidcombe Program, Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets (PROMPT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Francesca speaks fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Min Li
Educational and Developmental Psychologist, Board-Approved Supervisor, MPsych (Ed & Dev)
Min is an independent practitioner consulting at Budding Beans Psychology and operates her own practice.
Min is a registered Educational and Developmental Psychologist and board approved supervisor. She completed her postgraduate studies at Monash University in 2011 and extensive experience working with children, families and adults across various private and public settings including private practices, schools and tertiary education providers.
Min works across the lifespan. She offers diagnostic assessments for ADHD, Autism and other complex neurodevelopmental conditions, and sees individuals for therapy for a variety of presentations such as stress, anxiety, depression and trauma. Min is particularly passionate about supporting parents and neurodivergent individuals. She utilises evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Her therapeutic approach is best described as person-centred, attachment focused and culturally/neuro-affirming.
Min is warm, easygoing and compassionate by nature. She strives to develop a genuine and positive relationship with her clients and believes in collaborative processes where she supports and empowers her clients to identify solutions to challenges.

Min offers diagnostic assessments for neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD, Autism and Specific Learning Difficulties. She also provides counselling services to clients across the lifespan affected by stress, anxiety and depression, parenting challenges, school related difficulties and developmental trauma utilising evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Min is warm, personable, and respectful by nature. She speaks fluent English and Cantonese.
